We believe in co-creation. Inara is rooted in generations of gemstone heritage and we understand the value of stone and form in a way that carries technical mastery but also strong emotional resonance.

Every creation begins with a conversation, this is a space to share your stories, ideas or the moment you wish to mark. From there, we translate meaning into sketches, gemstone choices and design direction that reflects who you really are. 

Our Bespoke creations take 4-10 weeks from design approval to completion. Complex designs or rare gemstone sourcing may extend the timeline slightly, however we will always aim to deliver within the given timeframe. If you have a date in mind, we will tailor the schedule around it. 

As much as you prefer or as little as you wish. Some clients enjoy being part of every design step, while others prefer a simple progress update. Either way, we’ll ensure the process feels effortless and aligned with your rhythm and preference.

Yes, our Mini Bespoke and Semi Bespoke paths are designed to allow you to personalize gemstones, metal tones and proportions from our existing designs, while preserving the integrity and Inara’s design philosophy. 

Absolutely. Our Heirloom Reset service reimagines your existing jewels, breathing new life into what is already meaningful for you. We will assess the gemstone and design possibilities during your consultation.

We understand that every client may not come in with a clear vision, this is completely fine. Through conversation, story exchanges, sketches and inspiration boards - we will help uncover what resonates with your personality and story. 

Each bespoke piece includes up to you rounds of design refinements. If you require additional revision, they are available at a flat creative fee of USD 150 per round, covering fresh CAD renderings and gemstone reselections and additional conceptual sketch time. 

However, we find that most clients finalize their designs within two thoughtful rounds, ensuring the process stays intuitive and joyful. 

Bespoke pieces typically begin at USD 3,000. This is dependent on gemstone, gold weight and craftsmanship. After your consultation, we’ll provide an initial estimate and work transparently within your budget. 

Yes, we offer insured worldwide shipping with full documentation and certification. Each jewel is carefully packed in Inara’s signature presentation box. To find out more about our shipping and return policies please refer to the footer FAQ.

You’ll receive updates at key milestones — from CAD renders and gemstone selection to the final polishing stage. You can also select the way you would like to be contacted (email, whatsapp or phone call) 

Yes. Each piece comes with a lifetime cleaning service at our Bangkok atelier and a personalized care guide. We’re always here to assist with care, resizing, or gemstone maintenance.
