To protect the integrity, radiance and brilliance of your piece:
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and water. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear.Store separately in your Inara pouch or a lined box to prevent scratches and tangling.
For gemstone-set pieces, occasional professional cleaning is recommended to maintain clarity and shine. You can always contact us and we can do this for you, free of charge.
Our packaging
Your Inara piece arrives in our signature textured jewelry box, housed within a soft protective pouch, and wrapped with our silk ribbon with the Inara Emblem, a keepsake in itself.
Each order is packed with care instructions and can include a certificate of authenticity upon request. If your piece is a gift, we offer complimentary gift notes - simply include your message at checkout.
Gemstone Quality & Authentication
At Inara, we source only the finest natural gemstones, selected for their rarity, beauty, and ethical provenance. Each stone is handpicked and thoroughly examined by expert gemologists.
We work with certified partners to ensure all stones are conflict-free.
A Certificate of Authenticity is provided for each piece, verifying gemstone type, weight, and origin. This will be a certificate from Inara Fine Jewellery certificate. For higher-value pieces, we offer independent gemological certificates (e.g., GIA, GRS) at an additional charge.
